Our History

Fayakoon Group for construction and development started services in building and construction twenty four years ago. Our history goes back to the founder Muhammad Shaban Toor (CEO) who established company in 1994. We had done bagging, loading, stitching and filling job from 1994 to 1998 at Engro Chemical Pakistan Limited Dharki with name of Al-Sajid & Co. Our firm also worked with the name of Mehran & company from 1994 with reputed companies. It deals in property consultancy and housing society projects as well since 2000 and has launched Al-Madina Housing Scheme at Dharki, Sindh, FWO “Rehabilitation & Reconstruction of Rawalakot- Tain Cross Road, and several other projects, CNECE “Construction of 3 test Piles & 3 Pile Load test, construction of 600 working piles” and Ahmad Garden Housing Scheme at Sadiqabad. We have seen a steady growth since our inception – achieving success in different fields related to construction development, trading and services because of our commitment to our work and its distinguished performance towards fulfilling the customer’s requirements.
